We have a small family farm in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We enjoy caring for God's creatures and creating an environment for them to thrive and grow that is safe, natural and efficient.
We raise a maternal herd of Registered Black and Red Angus Cattle
and Oberhasli Dairy Goats.
Our philosophy is to keep our animals moderate with balanced genetic stock
that has not been altered to meet extreme commercial market demands.

Our cattle are thick, easy fleshing, moderate framed with true calving ease and thrive on a forage only system without any other inputs. Cows are uniform and we like a 1100-1250 pound cow that weans 50-60% in her weaned calf. We are a seedstock producer of registered bulls, cows and heifers.

We believe that cattle were created to be able to care for themselves and thrive in their environment on forage alone without the addition of antibiotics or growth supplements and we leave it to them to do so.

Our goats are pasture raised and roam on the farm. We use their milk to create our Sugar Ridge Bath and Body Products. We have kids to sell in May.
